DISCOVERY


Initially we need to work out if we're a good fit.

In a 15 minute discovery call we talk through the basics to find out where you are in your journey, if you're ready to work with a Buyers Agent, and if we feel we can help you achieve your goals.

After this we have our strategy meeting, which can be either face to face or via Zoom.

It generally goes for about 45 minutes and we cover off all your questions, and all our questions so we get a clear picture of what you are after for us to create a search profile.

At this point we will both decide if we are happy to formalise our relationship.

This is when we will also assist when necessary with mortgage brokers to ensure finance is ready when needed.

SOURCING

We will hit the ground running and aim to deliver a handful of on-market options that satisfy your brief for you to review fairly quickly. This is for us to discuss in more detail and understand better what it is you are after to create a model of your ideal property.

We then begin our deep dive.

First we start at a high level and look at your preferred locations for the best capital growth.

We investigate infrastructure and local development plans that may affect the property value in the future.

Then we use various professional online tools that help us to find all on-market properties that match your criteria.

We also reach out to our networks and to all agents in the area to source off-market properties and collate a list of candidates.

For off the plan properties, as they are longer term projects we always have a master list of opportunities.

Once we narrow this list down to a handful of ideal properties we look for the unicorns and present these to you.

PURCHASE

There may be one property you fall in love with

or there may be a few.

If you're ready to pull the trigger we conduct basic due diligence and begin negotiations on your behalf.

Whether this be direct with the sales agent,

builder, owner or attending auctions.

Working with our conveyancers, building & pest inspectors and valuers we ensure all the

i's are dotted and t's are crossed.
